All bookings are subject to V.I.Pets Terms and Conditions.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Easter Sunday are charged at double time. All other bank holidays are charged at time and a half.

Regular dog walking and puppy visit services are invoiced weekly with payment due within 7 days of the invoice date.

All other services require full payment prior to your departure.

Live in pet sits require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. In the event you need to cancel your booking this deposit may be refundable depending how much notice is given. My cancellation policy may be found in section three of V.I.Pets Terms and Conditions (see above).

No other services require a deposit to secure the booking but cancellation charges may apply for short notice cancellations (see Terms and Conditions above).
